Systemic coaching is a very proven resource and solution-oriented consulting format which is used today not only in companies very effectively in personal development, but also in private clients who want to move on to the next level of development.

It serves to expand competencies, decision-making, promotes resilience, helps with personal and professional development, taking into account all relevant system levels.

 

Coaching is only to be used with mentally healthy and stable clients who want to voluntarily embark on the change process. Clients with mild psychosomatic complaints who would rather actively help with their own recovery can benefit just as much from coaching.

 

Important to know at this point:

Coaching does not replace therapy or drug treatment!

 

The systemic coaching is a very effective method in the dissolution of blocked systems in which we stay for years or even for a short time, to uncover recurring disturbing patterns, to free dormant resources, to identify "harmful" drivers and other personality patterns, to own one's calling or one's "genius" find to deal with shame-afflicted issues across families and generations, to promote resilience in order to be able to cope with crises and to be able to master them more easily in the future.

 

Humans are part of many systems with which they are connected both privately and professionally, socially. If a person - as part of a system - has a problem, it often has to do with the system in which he is wrong. Now it is usually easier to start with the solution or cure with humans and their solution promotion than to change large systems in an instant. Systems change more slowly than people. Nevertheless, people change systems through their existence and actions, whether small or large. But that takes time. But people can help themselves if they start the change with their own system. The first step is always the acceptance that something has to be changed and the recognition that the change begins with and with yourself.

 

My coaching working methods are shaped by the use of my proven tools, methods and competencies:

 

  • inner and outer images (guided meditation journeys, painting, use of colors, symbols, metaphors, photos, visualization)

  • Inclusion of spiritual and karmic issues

  • Closeness to nature (work in nature)

  • Involvement of your own dogs in the process (if desired)

  • Elements from depth psychology and transactional analysis (working with personality types, shadows)

  • Expertise in the field of high sensitivity and cross-cultural communication

  • Empathy, meeting at eye level and trust: mutual trust and trust in the magic of every process

 

In the series of figures below, I have shown the milestones of a coaching or consulting process. The pictures are symbolic of the respective phases, as pictures have strong expressiveness and can have a stronger effect on the brain / soul. Through these phases I guide my clients on their way to change.
